Description
The DISCOVERY 16 is a step up for shops that are ready to scale. A 48″ × 48″ cutting area lets you load the full four-foot width of plywood, MDF or other sheet goods and cut larger panels, tabletops and furniture parts in one setup. The liquid-cooling system is self-contained and needs no plumbing from your facility.
Who the DISCOVERY 16 suits
Shops that cut full-width material regularly and want a larger bed without stepping up to the PERFORMANCE frame. It also suits programs and production shops that expect volume to grow. What we see most often
A larger bed changes the whole workflow, not only the cutting. Panels are heavier to load, dust output rises and workholding has to keep up. Many owners find that the first accessory they add is a vacuum hold down kit or vacuum table, because it makes loading sheet material quicker and more consistent. Include it in the plan from the start.
