All prices, specifications, and product offerings are subject to change without notice. Product images and specifications are illustrative and may vary slightly from final delivered models.

Orders may be subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel or limit quantities at our discretion.

3. Payment & Billing

All payments are due at the time of order unless alternate terms have been agreed upon. Simply Technologies accepts approved credit cards, wire transfers, or other approved payment methods. Late payments may result in shipment delays.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We make every effort to ship products within the estimated delivery window. Shipping times may vary due to product availability or carrier delays. Simply Technologies is not responsible for delays outside of our control.

5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

All sales are final unless otherwise stated. Returns and cancellations are accepted only under specific conditions and must be authorized in writing. Custom-built or assembled machines may not be eligible for return.

Training content and digital materials are non-refundable once access has been granted.

6. Training Platform Access (EMPOWER[ED] ACADEMY)

Purchasing access to our training program grants a license for individual or institutional use, depending on your selected package. Redistribution, resale, or unauthorized use of the course content, videos, or materials is strictly prohibited.

Simply Technologies reserves the right to revoke access to training content for misuse or violation of these terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, graphics, videos, and training materials on the Site are the property of Simply Technologies Group Inc. or its licensors and are protected under copyright and trademark laws. You may not use our branding or reproduce any content without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Simply Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from use of our products, training materials, or website.

Our liability is strictly limited to the purchase price paid for the product or service.

9. Warranties

Our machines include a 1-year limited warranty unless otherwise specified. Warranty coverage details and limitations are provided in the warranty documentation included with each product.

10. Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect and use your personal information.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to Terms
