We’ve been at this since 2007. When something goes wrong on a machine we shipped three years ago, we pick up the phone. Parts availability, warranty support, and operator training are part of how we do business, not add-ons.
One thing shops and schools often overlook is the difference between buying a machine and putting a machine to work. Getting the tooling right, the dust collection sized correctly, the software configured for the material, and the first operator trained properly takes time. We walk through all of it before the machine ships. That’s why our customers tend to come back when they’re ready for a second machine.
