Local Support, Parts, and Maintenance

Most CNC issues we see are resolved remotely or with parts shipped from our London warehouse. CNC parts, consumables, and tooling are all stocked locally: replacement spindles, dust shoes, router bits, and routine accessories. For laser equipment, replacement parts come directly from the manufacturer; we coordinate the request on your behalf so you don’t have to manage the international side yourself. Service visits are arranged when something genuinely requires hands-on work, though those are rare.
