Many experienced shops handle setup in-house; first-time CNC buyers and school programs often add the install package so the team is productive faster. For schools, we work with educators to align EMPOWER[ED] ACADEMY curriculum delivery with the classroom calendar so students hit the ground running.  

Local Support, Parts, and Maintenance

Most CNC issues we see are resolved remotely or with parts shipped from our London warehouse. CNC parts, consumables, and tooling are all stocked locally: replacement spindles, dust shoes, router bits, and routine accessories. For laser equipment, replacement parts come directly from the manufacturer; we coordinate the request on your behalf so you don’t have to manage the international side yourself. Service visits are arranged when something genuinely requires hands-on work, though those are rare.  

Canadian Financing and Tax Considerations for Ontario Buyers

Ontario businesses have several financing paths for CNC equipment: bank business loans, equipment leases, BDC financing, and third-party equipment finance partners.
