Do I need a dust shoe? A dust shoe connects the spindle to your vacuum. The 110 dust shoe is the one listed here; larger machines use the 220 dust shoe in SIMPLY Accessories. Dust collection requirements depend on the dust shoe, duct diameter, required airflow and the material being cut.
